Text of Complaint by Vikram Varakhedi:

I am a busy professional who has to manage a lot of clients and customers over the phone and also I have to travel to customer places by driving. I am not even a customer of IDFC Bank but they seem to be calling me 3-4 times a day using different numbers offering me a personal loan.

I have made it very clear to them that I do not need any loans or I do not want to bank with IDFC but the harassment continues to date. I have requested them on Twitter they asked me to register for DNC which I have done but the calls and harassment continue. I have even reached out to Bangalore Police for help over Twitter. These calls are making me feel depressed and mentally torturing me, one such call while I was driving almost caused an accident. My phone number is my private number IDFC does not have the right to call me and harass me to go for their personal loan. I want strict action to be taken against IDFC bank and also I want compensation of INR 50,000 for the harassment they have caused over the past 6 months.
