PLease note my concern as i took product from croma store in malviyanagar and made down payment as said , later in first installment i expected banker will take me 1st instalment of 1499 ands 245 ( which i never admited as extrawarranty, still they charged and made instalment of that) as i have made outodebit option with them. I strated getting calls from IDFC team as reminder calls as they said and reminded me for keep balance in account as they will debit the loan amounts automatically , i was alreday done with the same. as i got worried they didn’t took mt installment on my due date 3rd july 2023 as first installemnt, i called my self IDFC team that it was autodebit and my account is not debited yet. i made payment on IDFC app in loans section where it was already showing my loans account with link to pay amount. i called after 2 days when i saw they didnt reflect my payment on my app in loans section. i shared the concern of warrnty charges applied with out intimation with me , they gave solution that they will wave off and let them know i made payment as they applied some bounce chargees as well , i sent my proof of transactions to Malviyanager store and they analysed the case and opted me to register a complaint on IDFC by email. unfortunately they sowed me again the bounce charges without understanding thecase . no the case is
Q:If its Autodebit how come i started getting calls to keep sufficient money in my related
bank?
Q: another question is if i ahve alreday money in my account how come bounce charges applied.
Q: if already in due date i sent money by myself why they didnt reflect my charges?
Q: how i started getting calls from multiple numbers 8 times a day and started harassing me?
Q: is this a data breach or scam and why i have been getting a threatening calls by collections as lady abused me in haryanvi language.
