Respected sir/ma’am,

PFA of the cibil report in which a consumer loan is reflecting from IDFC First Bank – FLIPKART-128090786.
I activated paylater services on flipkart which was later blocked by flipkart/IDFC first bank long back.

It is requested from my side that if the services has been blocked then why it is still reflecting in my cibil, please resolve and remove it from my cibil history. Due to this my cibil has been impacted.
