My name is navneet verma
I was using flipkart paylater account i paid all my dues on time and last i used in october.
On December i paid my last emi
In the same month i checked my cibil and noticed 6idfc loan accounts are active which shows i havnt paid any amount in last 6 months (it decreased my cibil from 780 to 640)
But ive paid all my dues on time for the same I contacted idfc bank and flipkart its been more than 2 months and they arent doing anything every time they say we are working on it as your payment is not updated will reply in 20days.
In last 6 months my payment is not updated then where my money is gone??
This is a scam idfc bank and flipkart is running
Pls close my loan account if you want more money ill pay and fix my cibil.
