Honourable Court ,
I have mobile with dual sim .
Idfc first bank customer care representatives are repeatedly calling me on both of my numbers repititive from different locations and from different numbers since at least few months now .
My mobile numers are 9951712752 [jio] and 7331101324 [airtel] , even on weekend they are disturbing with 4-5 calls on those days as well . During weekdays as well while working they make calls even though I made it abundantly clear that I donot wish to receive these calls which border on Harrasement . I’m now currently very worried ,depressed as I get my office calls as well via landline numbers and have to support different teams on mobile .
They call me from their mumbai office , hyderabad office , bangalore office . And each of these offices seems to have multiple landline numbers and each time I answer its a different representative or ivrs call . Please take this complaint and acknowlede it . I see there must be several other consumers who must be feeling the same pain . The IDFC bank cannot take this matter lightly and they cant keep the charade of Harassing people in the name unwanted customer service for which we are not intersted in .
