I have taken a loan from IDFC Bank on August 2021, since that every day the loan collector of IDFC Bank Rajendra Palace Branch, Ms. Shikha 8750195520 under contact number has been harassing me and my family and abuse me on call, calling me in odd hours and abusing me for not paying emi which I didn’t even default. Due to this harassment, I have started to block their numbers and let the harassment go however they kept calling me from different numbers hurling abuses. Kindly note that I have been regularly paying my EMI but still they have not stopped harassing me. I want to file a consumer compliant against them as they are mentally harassing me.
