I am Astam Ruidas, my flipkart account no is 9932199739. My account was hacked 2 month ago and a pay later loan was activated. I was trying to lodge complaint according to this but flipkart not able to solve this. Flipkart told me that I should contact with IDFC fast bank regarding to this pay later loan. As per this I lodged a complain and I gave all the documents to the IDFC bank related to this matter.
After one and half month bank closed my loan on 2nd july 2023 and they provided me NOC certificate on 12th July 2023. But flipkart doesn’t update this in their system still now and they send me mail the my loan is due and also it is increasing. My account also blocked that’s why I am note able to submit NOC through flipkart app.
So sir please help me to get out form this problem. I am giving my NOC certificate with this mail. Please update this in your system.
