I did online EMI of a product from flipkart then after some time I canceled it, IDFC as a third party bank gave that money to Flipkart, I said I didn’t have the product, Flipkart said the refund will be done by 22nd July to IDFC Bank.But that money was not refunded I was not informed that they could not refund the money.I have a message from the bank that they have charged 470 tk and bounce charges due to non-payment of EMI My point is that IDFC has given money to flipkart its only responsibility of flipkart I have not received the product. Flipkart says the money will be gone by July 22. But it’s Flipkart’s fault.They did not send the money ,But IFC charged me bounce charge. Which is no fault of mine, moreover flipkart idfc is the middle man who works between the two, its fault as well as idfc flipcard’s fault, my request is my The problem is not with anyone else but with Flipkart and IDFC who should take the blame for my cibil damage.
