someone bought merchandise from Adity Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd by using my credentials and paid the bill by using Phone Pe App. I am NRI and a naturalized USA citizen and did not make any purchases in India. ABFRL has not made any efforts to investigate into the crime other than the phone number and the account has been closed. Repeated email request to get more information has not been received.
