When i purchased my idea sim card at that time idea company said to me that my sim card is having lifetime validity, from last 3 days i am getting messages like from 25th nov your outgoing service will be stopped, when i talked to customer care he told me that company policy changed and hence each customer have to recharge of 24INR per month to continue their current number. I am totally against this policy how can any company change their policy with on going customers? We need justice. They have to change this policy and have to stick to the police when we joined their network
