Idea telecom operator is restricting my outgoing validity in few days. When I bought the sim it was said that it has lifetime validity. Now just to increase their profits they introduced this kind of silly and meaningless thing.
This was the text message I received from Idea ” Alert ! Your Outgoing Validity is going to expire on 27/11/18.To continue services,recharge with any unlimited pack or minimum RC 65 pack.Ignore if Recharged”.

I too have same complaint This is pure cheating and consumer court and
TRAI should intervene to curb this.
even i am facing the same problem….my out going validity is already expired…i have been trying to cal customer care but there is no response…
