yes private cellular companies are robbing consumers from their prepaid balances, all the companies airtel, vodaphone idea, jio have employed robbers to rob from prepaid balance, as soon we recharge the amount to our prepaid number we get a sms saying that we subscribed for games or other fucking value added service like caller tune, ring tone or some other sucking service and our balance is deducted to minimum level which forces us to recharge again
if we call their customer care those illiterate call center workers talk in low voice we cant even hear their fake names and what they are saying and after shouting out of our full voice we will be told thank you for calling the fucking company and our complaint is registered and we will get our problem solved, but our problem will not be solved in our life time
its government fault to give permissions to such robbers to set up cellular companies and the government officers with hefty bribes ignore consumer problems supporting the cellular companies
