Sir i was buying idea sim card they said that the validity of the sim card ( outgoing and incoming calls validity) is for lifetime and now while I was calling there was a message that your sim card outgoing validity is expired though I have sufficient balance in my sim card there should be strict action should be taken against this fraud things..

my ongoing calls were stooped so recharged my phone at 12a.m but still i’m neither receving a call nor able to call some one but amount from my account got deducted
