From 19th May 2020.my sim not working, I called up the customer care center, they told me due to lockdown period they can’t do any thing, because all gallery shops are clossed.
11th June 2020, I visited their gallery, they are replace the sim. But still not working, evry day i visited their gallery, they can not solve the issues. Then they are replace the sim five time, then also not activated to day is 23.june 2020.there is no positive reply from them. I AM frustrated their services
All my contact and departmental messages also cut off. And my bank transaction also affected
