Idea charged 500000/-( 5 lakh rupees) Phone bill on our credit card . Later the amount was credited in the idea account . Who keeps 500000/- in idea account?
We are paying interest on that amount to HDFC and constantly following up with idea for reversal of that amount but they are not responding .
Need the amount to be credited back to our bank account immediately with interest .
