Hi there, I’m writing this complaint regarding Idea Company , I have been using its Services more than 10 years already and recently they have reduced my validity from Lifetime that was until 2036 and now it’s only left till 29 January 2019, well, I rang them they said because other network providers don’t give , so we won’t either :/
I am going to file a Case against them
They are cheating existing Customers
Its not right
