Text of Complaint by ALOK PRASAD:

I recharge my mobile no 9075164423 in month October year 2020 but i did not get the benefit of it uptill now. A plan was unlimited call for 28days with 90GB data and zee5 one year free subscription. But uptill now when ever i ask for the ZEE5 activation code they have not provide me till date and  every time give new excuse which details are mentioned in attached given below.

So i request you to please look into the matter seriously and take serious action about such idea company so that they should not cheat any one in future. Waiting for your positive reply Alok Prasad mobile 9371171863

This is a full story of it given below :-

Subject  : Complain of  My  No 9075164423 idea  has recharge in months 04 Oct, 2020, 05:56 PM of October  but uptill now I did not   get Zee5 activation  why?

As  I have remind you many  times/ many months/ many Days of my recharge story and details but uptill now you do not consider my case because it is  not your money . If it your money than these case may be resolved. Again after your last telephone conversation I am again sending full details so that your customer service agent  should ask for new excuse.

1. First time after recharge in October 04 Oct, 2020, 05:56 PM I call on your 198 service and talk with your agent how to activate my Zee5 ?

 

Your  agent reply we are sending you a message with link please go through it .

 

But  it does not work

 

2. After 10 to 15 days again I make call on same number you false agent again reply same thing with new link send on my

 

But it does not work

 

Again the same conversation done for one or two months with  your agent  same thing was followed  but no action was take from your side.

 

3. Days and Months as gone but nobody as taken the interest on my case every days  and every month I was calling on customer care no but no positive reply is received from your side.

 

4. One day I came to known about your email service then I send the email. After my first email your agent call me and told me please send the details of your recharge. After sending the details he promise me within one week you will get your money back because your recharge was not successful  therefore you did not able to activate your zee5.

 

5. I wait more than 10 to 15 days but no amount is received on my account as well as no action was taken. Again I start calling on help line number again they told me please send the above details again and again. And your 198 service agent was given me very  bad reply or bad response simply saying  your recharge is not done,  we have no details your Sr.team leader also have some different kind of excuse. They should be shame to be Sr.team leader who can not able to solved  a small case.  Now I am tried with your every days new excuse and reason therefore I am once again sending you all my email and details below to take some.

 

6. Worse and poor service are a small words for your company for cheating the customer day to day life. No other  service is so much cheater as your company  India which is given so much troubles to there old user.

You have told please wait for one week on telephone conversation and by your email conversation but more than 15days  as over but no response from your side so I am taking this step thanks for your negative response.
