They stopped my outgoing calls, even though I have enough balance to make a call. I cant call without outgoing call validity

You need to have a ” Active plan ” to use their simple call services !
35 Rs gives 26Rs with 100mb Data which is vaild for 28 days.
After 28 days you will have to recharge again to make a outgoing call.
And 20 days after that you will not be able to receive incoming calls.
