There’s very low quality of networks/Internet provided by Idea. I’m raising complaints regarding same from 4 months but no solution yet. They’ve closed all of my many complaints without taking action on it. Most of the time when I try to talk to their customer service specialist they even we will not log any complaint regarding your network issues. Previously they’ve robbed me by getting my number port into Idea by giving me false offers on which they’ve not took any actions.
Now I’m sending port message to switch my network but they’re sending me a text of ‘subsisting contranctual obligation with provider’
