Idea has come up with a new term called outgoing calling validity.
Even though I have a balance of rupees 998, Idea is forcing me to make recharges to have outgoing calling validity. The same was never specified while applying for a number of Idea. nevertheless the recharge of 998 has been made before my outgoing calling validity expired which should have automatically extended validity for outgoing calls. the same has not happened. this is a scam to mint money off the customers who are not informed or who have not been informed by idea about these changes in their policies.
