idea is forcing me to recharge by blocking by outgoing and incoming calls even though i have sufficient balance in my account.

i dont feel the need for recharging my number then also they are threatening me that they will block my calls unless i recharge with a specified minimum amount.

this is really disturbing me and i seek your help to esolve this issue.
