When I purchased my idea sim , it is given with lifetime validity. Now they are saying my outgoing validity expired but I have sufficient balance(i.e. 122 Rs.) in my account. They are doing so that so a customer recharge whether he needs it or not to increase their profits. This is wrong and unfair. They can not do this.
