When I purchased my idea sim card, it was said to me that “This sim have life time validity”, when I checked my sim’s validity it is showing validity till 31/12/99.
But my outgoing services has been stopped and they are asking to recharge again and again otherwise my outgoing will be stopped and they are doing so. That means i have to recharge my number again and again whether I am using it or no, so that Idea Cellular Limited can make there profit and customer can not use there owm money.
They have changed the policies and added an outgoing validity column, so that they can make profit by sucking normal customer’s money with any unnecessary conditions that not even makes sense.
