Re: Complaint for Idea Celluar Billing

With rerence to the above , I sharad Borhade using Idea celluar Postpaid services till 28^th Feb 2019

Sir, I convereted my sim MNP to Jio on 28.02.2019 and make a recharges of 248/- of Jio on 1^st of March 2019 , and before I do , I make a payment of Rs. 600 as advance rent paid till my conversion of MNP of JIO services

 

Sir in this connection , I received the Bill from Idea Cellular Of Rs. 996/-, showing period 12^th feb to 12 Mar 2019

 

Sir if convert my services on 1^st March 2019, how can bill came for this period?

 

Kindly look into the matter and oblige.
