I am also unable to make calls from my Idea number. And today I received a message stating outgoing validity expired on 28/11/2018. It’s ridiculous they hadn’t prior information and all of a sudden blocking the customers from using their number. And moreover you van’t send a message to 1900 to get UPC code.
