Your balance is Rs. 38.03, and again yesterday i recharged my number and i got a this message again from VZ-Vicms Hello!

You have been charged Rs. 49
Your balance is Rs. 15. The both services i have never started or asked to start. What the hell is this company doing. The stealing the money from customers.
