I had been charged 99 rs for caller tune activation without my request. I called their customer care number and I ask him to send me the proof that I sent you the request for caller tune. But he was not able to reply me instead he gave me email id of their customer care executive. I have mail them too but still no reply. How can they charge without my permission or request. Kindly help me to get the amount from idea.
