ICICI Merchant Services doing constantly fraud with merchants as done by us
They committed with us to give a cashback of setup charges of ₹6000+ gst and every month they apply unrequired Value added services without any consent from us on our TID: 39099919, MID 99053205.
After complaining even on nodal centre and on every channel they didn’t give us reversal after committing on customer care centre and closed all the service requests
And, they also put ACH in our CC acc without our consent and deducted ₹13240.61 through NPCI.
I ll complaint in rbi also against NPCI how they allow ICICI Merchant Services to put ACH in our acc
When you applied for pos machine a form you signed that was emandet form ecs form of direct debit 40thousand from your account authority is given by you so you can’t do anything legal about company issue is facing lots of customer but no action against company because of this form signed by you
