Dear madam/sir,

In the month of December 2021, From my ICICI fastag toll tax was deducted twice. For the same i did a complaint to ICICI. But till then they have not resolved my issue. I have called them many a times but every time they give unsatisfactory exuses.
And they refund amount not initiated.

Kindly provide them a notice for not resolving the customers complaint.
I have already submitted all the required documents or proof to ICICI.
