Sir, ICICI fasttag , fasttag service for national toll plazas is charging an hefty amount of 200 as threshold limit in fast tag account , irrespective of the tag deposit and tag joining fee of 200 and 99 respectively. Prior to Covid 19 We were able to travel irrespective of threshold limit .Suddenly they implemented this without any information to the customers. When there is a security amount , didn’t know why they are charging extra 200 , there by keeping 400 for each account , which should be avoided .
