Text of Complaint by Arun Kumar N:

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. Some one calling from +91 6360243235 number and asking to pay the credit card payment,
I need some clarification to close the card so i have requested the statement.

2. I found that i have used approximately 40-45 thousand in credit card & one EMI is pending so I requested to close the card with settlement.

3. He said ok and he told it will be approximately 54k.

4. I said ok but i want 7-15 days time.

when i was asking the time, he was suddenly using very bad words in phone call.
This type words is hitting on my heart, my heart beats are increasing heavy and my chaste also getting pain.

If any problem happened on my self, ICICI bank has to be pay 50 Crores to my family.
because this type of words not healthy for good persons.

I need your action on that contact person and bank.
Without ICICI bank permission, they will not speak like.
