I had paid 37959.73 rupees on 23 July 2022 for ICICI credit card bill through CRED. It was not reflecting in my Credit Card statement. When I reached CRED they mailed that they had paid it to a different Card. I am having the mail proof and attached the screenshots of it.
In simple terms, CRED took money from me and paid to Someone else’s Card. I need my refund including the late paying fees and tax.
