I have settled the pending payments with Icici Credit Cards & have the no dues letter as well. The no dues letter was issued to me 2 years back & these people keep calling once in 6 months & keep asking for payment. I have told them that it’s all settled & I have the no dues letter, they asked me to send a copy of it & I sent to them. Now again today there were multiple calls from them asking for the same. How many times does one send the proof of payment? And also I have moved to a different location. I informed them that it’s already sent to the concerned dept & not to call again & again & hassle.
