Hello…I had raise a complaint before few days that before 1 yr I had requested for icici lifetime free credit card but now I got a msg of due amount to pay because the bank gave me paid card even after requesting free card.
Since I never used that card I didn’t come to know before 1 yr and when now I got card pay due amount to pay.
I tried many many times to reach to customer executive but they simply put my call on hold and just keep on transferring my calls from one Dept to another.
Its so disappointing and pathetic service of icici bank and customer executive services.
I want to wave off the amount since its icici bank’s and customer executive’s mistake that they provided my paid card.
This is reflecting my credit history.
Icici bank give some response to your customers because while buying the service you explain of customer satisfaction but in return give only disappointments.
