Hi I am Raviprakash,
I tried to book a railway ticket through ICICI mobile app, from their offer section of Railway ticket booking associated with IRCTC on 9th & 10th January 2018. as I dint got any email from ICICI bank for any payment deducted for ticket booking or not from IRCTC for booking confirmation, assuming might be transaction has not happened i repeat same on 10th January 2 times at last I got 1 email from ICICI bank credit department for deducting 1490 for doing a ticket booking from IRCTC, but I dint got any email confirmation or ticket from IRCTC, at same time when i tried to check my ICICI credit card statement and shock to see that 3 transaction amount of 1490 has been deducted from my credit card. I tried to seek help from ICICI credit card customer care department but my query was not resolved instead they told me contact IRCTC, also IRCTC is not giving me proper response.
Hereby request you please look in to the matter and resolve my query for your kind reference herewith I have attached screen shot of my credit card statement.
