i given complaint last june 2021 that i am getting sales calls and promotion calls form ICICI BANK, Yes I m Icici bank account user, and i follow bank instructions about DND and my mobile number is already reversed with DND list. i mark mail to every one form customer care to company CEO but no one can resolve my issue till date. i don’t know if i need something than i can buy , this information given to ICICI BANK and get conformation form bank sir you will not get any calls form now but every 3 to 4 month i ma getting calls for any product sales. my all complaint number to number is : ICICICARE=026-698-281, SR776625175. MAIL screen shot ATTACHED . PLEASE HELP TO GET IN THIS. WHY THEY ARE FAIL TO UPDATE MY NUMBER IN DO NOT CALL LIST.
