- Icici bank give me upgrade credit card offer via phone banking. I accept it. My complaint is that they did not block my first credit card.
- Now they start two credit card bill in same bank and set two dates for bill pay. I informed after the bank charged me late payment charges.
- After that I called icici customer care from last 10 December 2019 for the waive that charges, icici customer cares all represntative asked for wait and senior will call you but nothing is done by bank I called many times for that I was charged highly call rate to make call their customer care put me hold for long time that reason my phone bill also increased and other side ICICI Bank continued charged and put interest also.
- Now I feel I am cheated by two sided from the ICICI bank one is they continuely charge me late payment and put interest on my credit bill as well as they told me that your request is under process.
- other side they put my call on hold for long time and Airtel and ICICI both charge highly call rate on customer care number it’s show that the consumer will not complaint due to high call rate. .
- It’s proved from that I was visited ICICI bank for my complaint they said me that they can’t do anything for you because all will clear on only through calling customer care ……so kindly take action against ICICI bank and give me justice ..thanks
