This is related to ICICI Ahmedabad branch:

On 09/03/2023 I have made a money2india transfer of $100000. Before making the transaction, I had reached out to my relationship manager Jitendra Bhavsar and he promised me an additional benefit of 40 paise more on rate received in account. I was also told not to apply the first time transaction promo code which would have given me a benefit of 20 paise. I stayed up till late night and got a rate of 81.75 and initiated the transaction. Once the credit was successful, I was neither given the 40 paise benefit nor given the 20 paise promo code benefit. I had raised a request with ICICI and Arjun Menon from the branch also reached out to discuss the issue. NO ACTION has been taken in this regards and no credit given till date. This is a clear case of fraud and I want to escalate this to the highest authority until resolved. I do not want to receive calls and message everyday discussing the same matter over and over again. Please help.
