I have applied for Moratorium on 31st May on the web link communicated to me through SMS.

I have applied for 2 personal loan accounts and for my Credit Cards. Despite that one of the EMI was deducted on 6 th June. I wrote a mail to the customer care but got no response from them and got a mail later saying that unable toservice at that time. I couldn’t reachSreach them on phone banking on 6th and 7th as it  was Saturday and Sunday, I contacted the phone banking number on 8th.

Every time I had to wait upto 15 minutes to connect and they will disconnect the call randomly. After several attempts, I connected to the customer service and informed them. The executive who attended the call said it’s an automated process and they will refund the money within 7 working days.

But even after 10 days the amount is not credited back to my account. Regarding the same I tried several times to reach the phone banking, but they kept on transferring to different departments and kept on wait and disconnect after a while. This repeated several times and no proper response.

Then all of the sudden On 23rd June there was another deduction of around Rs. 25000, by the time my account balance went negative of Rs.23000 and odd…

Then again on 25th there’s more deduction and the negative balance is around Rs. 69335

But I also received a communication that the current moratorium that I applied in June is getting over by this month and apply fresh for July. I’m attaching that also for your reference.

As a result I can no longer use the account for any further transaction and this whole thing has put me in more trouble financially and mentally.
