I have a saving account in ICICI bank and they offered me paylater service in my account and when I wanted to transfer the funds into my brother account through paylater service but I couldn’t . Then I found that his name is reflecting in the biller section and then I contacted customer care and they said I can’t transfer the money through this services only can pay my biller . As my brother name was reflecting I opted that option and transferred 5000 to that but he didn’t received it then I contacted customer care and they said only one thing that money will revert in your account after 7-10 working days if he didn’t receive money but all vain and after 2 months bank official saying that you transferred the money to an NGO which I never done that and they deducted 5000 from my account and I asked to dispute the charges which they denied . To find out that where the 5000 has gone they took 2 months to resolve this issue and I lost 5000. I need compensation for that 5000 plus time which I wasted behind those bank people customer care are uneducated, pathetic .
Please help me in this issue .
