IBL finance company not providing way or sending payment links to pay or close off loan..not giving facility to update NACH, and simply charging penalty of 450 rs per day by keeping loan ongoing ! A simple online montly pre salary loan of 4000 is being converted into double the amount by them using this strategy of not responding & allowing payments.. thereby affecting our cibil for no reason ! Their due date in 5th of month , i’ve been contacting them 10 days in advance to allow me to pay by sending link..but nobody borthers to get back & only puts penalty on me
