I booked 4 rooms for 2 nightst for Rs. 32000 (4000×4 rooms×2 days) at Chail which after visiting Iand my family realized that they were not worth more than Rs. 1000 even in peak season. Substandard. I felt deceived. Toilets were stinking. No sanitation. Dirty rooms. Not infact rooms but tents. Sleeping at night became difficult. Even if it is peak time they cannot rent out rooms 7-8 times their original price.
Called ibibo help desk but no support provided. I travelled 400 kms to this place. Felt helpless and regretted booking through goibibo. Felt that there is no due diligence by goibibo before listing rooms. They are busy earning money and inflating prices.
Want my money refunded from them. Paying 4000 for 1 night, Customer expect basic amenities and sanitation but it was zero.
