I applied iari technician T-1 notification -2021. My First payment done through paytm UPI payment to SBIMOPS,my payment is successful but in the application form my status is failure. I was waiting one day
But did not refund. So I paid second time through debit card, it was successful.but my first payment not refunded yet?
I contacted sbi customer care help line. they said that we don’t have rights.
I contacted Paytm help line they said our end transaction is successful, please contact your respect marchant .
What can I do?
