Hi I have using airtel network more than 10years. And I have linked my airtel mobile number with all my banks and other applications. But in recent days iam unable to send sms. And I have recharged with 79rs but also the sms was not sent. And again I done a 10rs recharge in main balance but still iam unable to send sms. Once I checked with Airtel customer care they saying like you have to recharge smart pack.but I don’t want any smart pack. The minimum recharge is enough for my use. In past the sms will be charged 1 rupee per sms. I just wanted to send a sms from my gpay application to activate the application. For only 2 to 3 msgs why should I want to recharge for 200rs. Are the treated all the customers are fools ?? I don’t know. Iam suffering a lot due to this. Kindly take a proper action and resolve my issue.
