IAM APPLY LOAN THROUGH OPTIPAY LOAN APP THEY HAVE CHARGED 599RS FOR SERVICE AMOUNT BUT THERE ARE NO CONTACT AFTER THIS PAYMENT THE AMOUNT NOT DISBURSED IN MY ACCOUNT PLS TAKE ACTION IAM IN HOSPITAL EMERGENCY
