I would like to request you to look into this matter , I had raise the request of ownership change of my died husband phone no on my I’d .But it’s almost more than 3month but my issue is not resolved and not getting revert from there side and nobody call me . I just want my husband’s phone transferred to me only . I have shared my husband’s Aadhar card death certificate ,my Aadhar card , my son’s birth certificate and policy paper as per nominee , marriage card .many proofs I have shared but still no help from there side even one employee is shouting on me because I raised the complaint . Kindly need your help on this
