I would like to bring this to your attention that my bill history is inappropriate. Its not been a month and u ask for recharge. I paid last payment on 30th Oct and now 21st Nov and they are asking for recharge. Its not even 30 days. Kindly correct it. My concern is still not resolved and today they have disconnected the set top box. I won’t be paying if my issues is not resolved.
Airtel people are lying about the payment details. Nobody is calling and resolving the issues.
