I got a call from MAGNIFY Tech solution to do a job of data entry and they gave me a time period of one week to complete and submit in their agreement I have submitted less data according to contract,then they ask me for network service charge which was about 5820 which i have used for their work because i have not completed the project so i agree to pay the service charge and then i send them their service fees 5280 on 12/08/2022 after then their advocate named as rahul kumar call me and told me about cancelling fees of agreement which is about 26000
And give me one day time to present in court on 13/08/2022 in Maharashtra ahemdabab when i ask the advocate to increase the date of present in court then he was denied and send me the F. I. R pdf which was file against me and forced me to pay the full payment of F. I. R which is about 100000 with in one day in court where he gave the location
After sometime i realized that today and coming 3 days are government holidays so how can he issued the F. I. R and then i searched that many people have complained against thus company
I know i will not get my money back but i request you to please take some action against this type of companies
