On the 25th of March 2023,I placed a bet on Scotland vs Cyprus, team 1 ball possession over 60.5% and after the match, the outcome on the official uefa.com website is 65% yet 1xbet gave a full time possession of 60% and marked the game as lost
I filed a complaint to their customer care and he asked that I send evidence from a reliable source listed in the main sources of information under the terms and conditions of 1xbet. I sent him a link which will direct to uefa.com as it was the website listed in their main sources of information for international matches in Europe after which the agent said the game was correctly marked as wrong and nothing can be done about it. Please help me out
