Actually this 2nd time my no not working thats why i went to airtel office and asked for sim card replacement then they said you have to pay 100rs for replacement. i said why i will pay 100rs i called customer care they said you have to pay 25rs then why you demanding 100rs. she said 100rs is a charge. again my brother went to the office and asked for replacement she said 100rs my brother recorded videos as customer support said to do. so I’m sending the image as a prove. kindly take action against her.
